Becoming The Best Student. DAY 15: Intense Exercise

Alright so now that you have reached day 15, what are we going to be doing on this very special day? On day 15 you are going to build strength and your body. You are going to work out at some set time on your schedule.
As always you will start with following the morning routine and on your schedule, you are going to have to set some time when you will be ready to work out. Both males and females and I have a tool for you.

The tool you are going to be using is called the ‘home workout’ app. For males it is just called ‘home workout’ and for females it is called ‘home workout: for females.’ It is on both Android and iOS devices so you will download it free of charge.
Once you open the app, choose full body and do the 30-day challenge every single day. In your routine, that position where you do cardio, replace that with home workout.

Working out builds confidence and within time it will make you look better and feel better. For now that’s it. See you on day 16.
