Becoming The Best Student. DAY 14: Review

Okay, so you have made it this far. I am sure you can see that you are not the same person you were 2 weeks ago. In fact, I am sure even the people who surround you have noticed how you are changing and how much more change you have managed to acquire.
Let us just write the structure of what we are following on this day. How your routine has changed.

It looks like this now (After making the to-do list a day before):
1. Make your bed
2. Pray/ Meditate
3. Do cardio for about 5 - 10 minutes
4. Take a cold shower, unless if you have a medical condition that doesn't for a cold shower.
5. Read a self-help book for 20 - 30 minutes.
6. Do a brain teaser (Math problems, chess, chess puzzle, an online test on a certain topic)
7. Study a subject or course for an hour (remember to take at least two 5 minute breaks)
Make a schedule.
Live the rest of the day according to the schedule you made the previous night.
