We’ve done a week so far and now it’s time for my favourite part, reflection. On this special day, what you have to do is reflect. Let’s go over the routine and know where reflection must come in.

Routine (As always):
- Make your bed
- Pray and meditate
- Do cardio
- Take a cold shower
- Read a self-help book
- Do a brain teaser
- Study a topic (Academic)
- Make a to-do list (4 items)
After doing the routine, instead of you going out now, I want you to sit by yourself without your phone or anything else and think. Look back to the last 7 days and see what you have achieved so far. Look back and see what you haven’t achieved. Look at the mistakes you made.

Do not beat yourself up for your mistakes, I mean only spend about 20% of your time criticizing yourself for your mistakes. Spend 80% of your time being happy, positive and grateful for the things you did right. There must be a balance between the positive and negative. If the negative becomes too severe you will begin to erode yourself and it can become corrosive, that’s not a road you want to travel because you will lose everything.
Remember to be positive and grateful and execute day 8 with the right, great, positive and powerful mindset.
See you on day 9.
