Becoming The Best Student. DAY 1: 4 a.m. Routine.

Becoming the best student won't be easy and it won't be fast, but it is something that you will have to do. The first step is waking up at 4 a.m. for the first time.

No excuses no matter what, you need to wake up at 4 a.m. if you really want to become the best student.
Set an alarm for 4 a.m. and wake up exactly at 4 a.m. Do not hit the snooze button and do not be tempted to go back to bed.
Once you wake up:
1. Make your bed
2. Pray/ Meditate
3. Do cardio for about 5 - 10 minutes (Jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, skipping without rope or any vigorous movements of the body)
4. Take a cold shower, unless if you have a medical condition that doesn't for a cold shower.

5. Read a self-help book for 20 - 30 minutes.
6. Do a brain teaser (Math problems, chess, chess puzzle, an online test on a certain topic)
7. Study a subject or course for an hour (remember to take at least two 5 minute breaks)
8. Live the rest of your day.
